There are a number of recipes out there for people who like to add buttermilk in coffee. The first one that pops into my head is buttermilk on coffee.
It sounds delicious and I’ve even read some where that you can substitute the buttermilk for regular milk and still get the same effect.
Buttermilk contains lactic acid, which is similar to the acid found in milk. Although I’m not a stranger to milk, I’m not sure that drinking buttermilk in coffee actually works.

One of the reasons why I don’t think it really works is because sometimes you just want to have a plain old cup of regular milk. You know what I mean.
You’re sitting at your desk enjoying a cup of coffee and all of a sudden, you are craving something sweet.
When you think about it, buttermilk really lacks the sugary flavor that gives coffee a creamy texture, even though it does contain milk.
Another reason that I don’t think buttermilk in coffee is a good idea is because there is already butter in regular milk.
I know that buttermilk may seem to be a natural choice but once I tasted it, I was shocked.
Butter doesn’t always have to be bland; in fact, when used sparingly it can give an incredible flavor to any recipe.
Buttermilk recipes that call for buttermilk can be jazzed up by substituting additional flavorings such as vanilla or cinnamon.
These other flavors won’t drastically change the flavor but will give it a slightly different texture that some people love.
There are several different types of buttermilk that contain lactic acid. I’ve heard that yogurt contains high levels of this acid but not all brands of yogurt have it.
I would guess that if you buy a brand that doesn’t say it contains lactose you probably won’t experience the same problems with it as with regular milk.
Lactose intolerance can be a real problem for those with this type of condition so you might want to consider making your own buttermilk.
If you really want to try buttermilk in coffee one of the easiest ways to get the flavor and texture is to add a touch of it to black coffee.
Simply add about 2 cups of buttermilk and coffee to your pot or your mug and let the buttermilk do the work.
Although I’m not fond of buttermilk in coffee because I prefer my black coffee with just a touch of cream on it, you can substitute buttermilk for black coffee without any problems at all.
It doesn’t really matter what you drink buttermilk in coffee with because it has its own special flavor that coffee doesn’t offer.
My favorite way to drink buttermilk in coffee is also one of my least favorite ways.
I’m sure you’ve tried the traditional way of making coffee by putting in some water and mixing it up with your coffee creamer.
Well, coffee creamer isn’t exactly the same as buttermilk so there is a difference, and a big one.
Coffee with creamer has a tendency to be a little bit less that you can’t taste the buttermilk right along with it. You need to taste the buttermilk with coffee or you will get a very unpleasant taste.
The easiest way to avoid that is by simply adding a little bit of buttermilk when adding your coffee to your mugs.
The same goes for buttermilk for those who are trying to go dairy free with their diet.
You can always pour a little bit over your regular milk and stir it around a little bit before drinking. It will still have the same effect on the milk and the consistency will be the same as regular milk.
You can also try other recipes such as a coffee cake or just a biscuit sandwich with buttermilk on top. Try different things and see which ones come out as the best in your taste buds.
Adding cream to your coffee is easy, but it takes some time and effort to get the consistency just right.
Once you do, though, you’ll find that adding cream to your coffee makes for an excellent way to incorporate cream into your morning routine.
